Substrate Preparation:

    Chemical anchor suitable for threaded rods in uncracked concrete. Soudafix P300-ST is a polyester based chemical anchor with Styrene.

    • Securing of heavy loads in uncracked concrete.

    Instructions:

    • Drill hole at recommended depth and clean the hole with a brush and air pump thoroughly. Screw static mixer onto cartridge and dispense the first 10 cm of the product to waste until an even colour (dark grey) is achieved, and the product is well mixed.     • Shake the aerosol can for atleast 20 seconds. Fit the gun on the adapter. Surface should be free from grease and dust. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. Fill holes and cavities by 65% as the foam will expand. Shake regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun and Foam Cleaner. Cured foam can be removed with Soudal PU-Remover.
