Key Features of the Solid 200mm Venetian Trowel

• Premium German Stainless Steel: The thin, high-tensile 0.65mm blade sheet is engineered with a completely smooth, mirror-polished edge profile. Therefore, it completely eliminates blade warping under pressure and allows you to build glossy finishes without leaving dark metallic scuff marks.
• Anti-Scratch Pre-Rounded Corners: The structural blade borders feature pre-ground, radiused corners. As a result, the trowel glides effortlessly across fine decorative mediums without digging tracks, causing tearing, or creating sharp edge scars on your wet work.
• Ergonomic Soft-Grip Handle: The durable, non-slip composite handle layout is securely fused to a robust aluminum mounting frame. Because of this design, it provides uniform pressure distribution across the compact 200mm length while reducing hand fatigue.
• Acid-Resistant Heavy-Duty Materials: Constructed entirely from professional-grade rustproof materials. Furthermore, the blade resists corrosive lime-based putty compounds and cleans up effortlessly with a wet brush on site.

UK Application Guidelines for Decorative Plastering

For more detailed data on skimming standards and professional interior finishing compliance metrics, you can read the official UK Building Regulations Approved Document L guidelines.

1. First, apply your final thin layer of Venetian plaster or Marmorino compound onto the wall substrate smoothly. For pristine backing system matching, browse our complete collection of plastering and rendering basecoats.
2. Next, allow the material to begin setting according to local site environmental factors before placing your Solid blade face flat against the wall.
3. Subsequently, pull the venetian plastering trowel blade firmly across the surface at a shallow 10 to 15-degree angle to compact the aggregates.
4. Finally, wipe the high-mirror polished steel edge clean with a damp cloth between passes to prevent scratch lines from dried plaster buildup. Always adhere to structural finishing standards outlined in the INCA Best Practice Guides.
