EPS adhesive external wall insulation (EWI) boards are used in conjunction with render systems provided by specialist installers. EWI provides an economical way of enhancing thermal performance in properties without insulation cavity wall insulation. The EWI boards are available in Plustherm, for a better thermal performance at a reduced thickness & EPS 70E, standard white polystyrene. Both grades are fire rated Euro Class ‘E’. The boards are available in a range of different sizes and edge details.

The boards are lightweight, easy to cut and handle and provide an excellent surface for all renders. Adhesive EWI boards must be installed as per the EWI providers instructions.

CT98 – Render Cleaner – 5L

CT98 provides best washing and degreasing heavily dirty facades of the buildings constructed in the ETICS technology finished with thin coats of mineral, acrylic, silicate, silicone and silicate-silicon plasters, in the traditional technologies, such as cement and lime plasters, facades made of natural stone, artificial stones or finished with ceramic coating and facades made of glass and aluminium. The product is a component of the Ceresit Ceretherm Repair system. After washing the facade with the concentrate surfaces may be renewed by painting with Ceresit paints. It may also be used to clean and degrease the mineral floors which are contaminated before successive layers of floor are applied. It removes motor oil, dry dirt, salt sprinkled on the roads, soot and light hydrocarbons. It can also be used to clean glass and plastic. It is intended for indoor and outdoor applications.

PVC Movement Bead – White – TRUELINE

PVC Movement Bead from Trueline. These are to be specified where substrates change, and for expanses of render greater than 10m. It permits a total movement of +-3mm. This bead can be hinged through 90° for internal corners. A peel off protective tape is applied to the expansion nose facilitating easy cleaning of the bead after rendering. We have a large selection of coloured Noses to blend in with the render colour.

K Rend R7 Acrylic Primer 5L

K Rend R7 Acrylic is a primer used to go onto difficult substrates such as brick in preparation for our K Rend HP 12/HPX Base Coat which is applied whilst the R7 is still tacky. R7 Acrylic can be applied using a roller or by hand. This modified acrylic emulsion is used to improve the adhesion of K Rend renders to difficult substrates where the background does not provide sufficient key or has poor suction characteristics. The material is usually diluted before use.

Dilute K Rend R7 Acrylic by pouring the material into clean drinking water. For most applications, a dilution of 1 part K Rend R7 Acrylic to 4 parts water is recommended. Site trials should be carried out to determine the optimum dosage rate
