What Is Ceresit CT325 Mesh Used For?
CERESIT® CT325 mesh is a high-performance fiberglass reinforcing mesh designed for use in External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). It provides structural stability to base coat mortars such as CT85 FLEX and ZU Adhesive, helping to create a durable and crack-resistant façade.
The mesh is made from alkali-resistant glass fibre and measures 1.1 m wide by 50 m long, giving approximately 55 m² of coverage per roll. Thanks to its flexibility and high tensile strength, ceresit ct325 mesh is ideal for both residential and commercial insulation projects. It resists tearing, slipping, and mechanical deformation during installation, making it suitable for single- or double-mesh systems depending on building stress levels.
By embedding it into the base coat layer, you can significantly improve a façade’s resistance to thermal movement, moisture, and impact damage. It’s especially effective when used in combination with Ceresit adhesives on EPS or XPS insulation systems.
