The SOLID Professional Tiler Set brings together a wash bucket and a selection of hand tools for tile adhesive application, grouting and cleaning. Supplied as kit reference 5999, it combines the bucket accessories and floats shown in the product photograph. It is a practical way to keep the main tools for a tiling job together.

Tools for different stages of the job
The notched trowel is used to spread and comb compatible tile adhesive. Check that its 8mm tooth size is suitable for your tiles, background and chosen adhesive before starting. The smaller trowel helps with handling material in areas where a larger blade is less convenient.
The grouting float provides a tool for working suitable grout into the joints. The sponge float is used during the cleaning stage, following the grout manufacturer’s timing and cleaning instructions. The bucket, grid and rollers provide a place to rinse and manage the sponge between passes.
Using the set
Check all components before use and assemble the bucket accessories securely. Keep the wash water clean, changing it as needed rather than repeatedly carrying grout residue back across the tiles. Avoid using excessive water during grouting and cleaning, and test the cleaning method on a small area first.
For adhesive work, prepare the background as directed by the adhesive manufacturer and check the coverage behind the tiles during installation. Use suitable spacers or a compatible levelling system where the job requires them; these accessories are separate from the listed kit contents.
Cleaning and storage
Clean the blades, floats, rollers and bucket before material hardens. Rinse sponge components thoroughly and allow the tools to dry before storage. Store the kit with working edges protected. Tiles, adhesive, grout and other consumables are sold separately. Store SKU: 5999. Barcode: 5902891286615.
